INTERVIEW WITH ED MILLER, ELECTRIC CAR OWNER

Ed Miller, a rocket scientist at JPL,
agreed to have an interview with me.
He also gave me a great, quiet ride in
his fantastic Toyota RAV4 EV.

Insights:

-There is no strong performance
oriented electric car culture.

-Believes hybrids are good, but pure EV
is better.

-Loves Ferrari and Porsches, but can't
imagine buying them because of CO2

-I asked him about the rpm gauge, but
found out there isn't one in his car!
IMPORTANT FINDING-Most enthusiasts
relate a performance engine with the
rpm gauge.
