OPEN EGO - Pop-up Store Proposal

Open Ego is a pop-up store modulel geared to the shopping activities taking place in Tokyo's narrow alleyways. The shop is made of transluscent glowing panels with cut-out silhouette that can be used as shelfs, stools, displays, hangers etc. The whole set-up can be compacted to several cubic piles to be tranported more easily. Below is a set of slides explaining the concept, material experiments, design of space and shopping experience. All the team members participated in every step of the creation, while I focused more on the visual design of the shop space.

Collaborative project with Michael Manalo and Dustin York.
