In Interaction Design 1, we focused on interface design and interactive objects and spaces. We spent time discussing practical and theoretical issues relating to design and interaction with different forms of technology. Interaction Design 1 covered design paradigms, project workflow issues, information design, interaactive navigations, and production methodologies.

In this course, as in most of the MDP courses, we discussed not so much about what was feasible for tomorrow, but was possiblities we could aim towards for the decades ahead. One of the challenges of media design is being able to develop a mindset that can think ahead and that can visualize a future that can do what others think is impossible.
