Poster for 'Public Notice' at Alyce de Roulet Williamson Gallery
This exhibition displayed art and activist posters from 1951 to 1997. The concept of this design is to make the audience feel that they are looking at a small part of a larger poster; the analogy being that visitors only see a specific portion / era of history covered by the exhibition. The typefaces selected / used are from and represent the particular era ( 1951, 1997 ).
