Lead user-experience design effort and worked with management to create a series of prototypes that conveyed the strategic vision, showcasing examples of UI, interaction, and feature design that not only focused on delighting our customers, but also surpassing the offerings and expectations of our competitors.

Next Generation Online Socializing (Post threedegrees beta)

After shipping the threedegrees beta, I worked on defining scenarios, features, and creative visions around next generation social applications, leveraging what was learned in the beta and extending the prototyping into mobile scenarios.

Several concepts that were developed will be implemented into the next versions of MSN, some in Fall 2004, others in 2005.

Due to non-disclosure I can not elaborate or post work done for this project.
