Future Vision and User-Experience For Hotmail

Following the success of the MSN Participatory Design sessions, I was asked to lead a similar intiative for the MSN Hotmail organization. The goal was to leverage the research towards defining and articulating a clear, focused vision for the next generation of Hotmail.

Once completed, I lead the user-experience design effort and worked with management to create a series of prototypes that conveyed this vision, showcasing examples of UI, interaction, and feature design that not only focused on delighting our customers, but also surpass the offerings and expectations of our competitors.

Due to non-disclosure I can not showcase any work, but based on our positive final review with senior company management (including Bill Gates) I am extremely looking forward to seeing our efforts come to life.
