Food Allergies on the Rise

Translating the web-based interactive project into an installation piece mend following through with the first idea "food allergies on the rise" - expanding, critiquing this concept, finding a spacial physical way of communicating and expressing this topic.
Playing with the idea, if this topic is a medical issue - can it be accepted that these foods are being served on a table.
The rather familiar domestic setting ( larger overhead dinner scene) that draws you in, accompanied by classical dinner music, is being countered by real artifacts (food itself - the main allergens) that are in medical scientific beakers, as a way of collapsing or compromising the means of the message.
A physical transformation takes place - a large overhead picture, flattened and turned vertically - accompanied by beakers coming out of the flat image. The food, which is in color, is pulled out of he image, which is in black and white - all the points of difference between the way the food is in the beakers apposed to the image talks about the transformation of food to being medicalized.
