Bibliogrpahy

In general, this exhaustive bibliography is fairly useless as most of the references listed below reflect web-based treatments of conversation. One of the big leaps we made in pushing our design forward was the simple understanding that we were designing for a book (duh). In general, we had trouble identifying other cultural or historic examples in which text messages (or conversation for that manner) were displayed visually. With a very limited knowledge in book design, what was impactfuly was seeing how books displayed information through time.
