The OOOO Extranet site service the day to day strategy and production communications needs between OOOO Media and their clients. An extranet helps users to organize their work, and enhance their relationships. Also it facilitate collaboration with teams, clients or business partners faster and easier.

Navigation will be achieved through text, button and pull down menu links that have choices available from every page within the site. Our goal is to be able to provide the practical information and to navigate anywhere on the site in two clicks or less.
Adobe Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator, BBEdit, Macromedia Flash and Dreamweaver. However, critical elements will not be Flash based. For testing the site, we will use Netscape 6.1, Explorer 5.0 and higher. No sound or video assets are anticipated at this time. A possible future expansion of the site may include a QuickTime.
Most viewers of this site will be in a professional environment with DSL or T1 connection to 56K. The size of each page will not be any larger than 80K. Page dimensions will be 770 x 400 pixels for a 800 x 600 screen.
All artwork will be named using the name of the abbreviation of the actual page which it belongs, followed by an underscore and 01, 02, 03 etc. For example, wb_01.jpg
On the server, the top level of the site directory contains the home page “index.html”, an image directory for linking images to the home page, and subdirectories for the second level pages on the site. There is an image folder shared by the html pages. The project directory will contain a directory for source files (.psd, ai, .txt assets)
