On March 15th, 2004, prominent artist and media theorist Lev Manovich engaged in a dialogue with Art Center's graduate Media Design Program on his travels around the globe. Documenting his attendance of media, art, design and architecture shows, he presented his notes in form of digital photographs and small MPEG movie clips. Coincidently, his Soft Cinema piece was shown at “AIM V: SYZYGY” at the Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena, California.
