Interpertation & ANALYSIS
Photo Analysis Stage 1
This the first stage of our photo analysis, we tried to search for a more efficient way to organize our photos, and through this design, one will be able to see which photo is located in which room of the family, and also have a basic knowledge of how does the house looks like.

Photo Analysis 2
This is the 2nd stage of our photo analysis, which is where we started to look at family dynamics from the photos we took in the house and the interviews. This is also where observation comes into our analysis.

Visual Interpretation1
This is the prototype of our family portraiture, after analyzing the photos and the data we received from different probes, we had more understanding of the family members and the overall family dynamic, which leads us on to the next stage, which the visual interpretations of our analysis.

Each cube represents a family member, and each side of the cube represents a different aspect of the person, the goal was to create a portrait of each person, but also create a portrait of the family when these cubes are stocked together, from the micro to the macro.

Visual Interpretation2
This is the final result of our visual interpertation, all the cubes are categorized into six different panels, we also pulled quotes from what they wrote in some of the probes or what they said in the interview. Moreover, we gave each cube different size and different weight, the size is based on the frequency they spoke in a family conversation, and the weight is based on how much influence their words brought to the family, the end result was very interesting because you can see some of the cubes come in huge size but with very very light weight.
