1. GOALS

Our goals in redesigning the website are the following:

1.To engage and involve our audience.
2.To sell our audience on what it is like to be at Art Center.
3.To communicate the excellence of Art Center.
4.To attract new, talented students to Art Center.

2. AUDIENCE

Our audience is comprised of four groups: current students, prospective students, alumni and donors. Each group has different needs and concerns:

1. Current students want a direct link to campus web, student life, events, the academic calendar and a faculty index.

2. Prospective students need links to the programs, curriculums and course descriptions, more information for International students, clear links to the departmental websites, admissions information, and financial aid.

3. To continue to foster Art Center connections in career pursuits, it is imperative to see what alumni are doing, as well as showcase our student gallery to exhibit what is coming out of Art Center today.

4. We want everyone, especially our donors, to believe in our school, therefore it is necessary to emphasize and showcase student work in the gallery, and provide easy access to “Giving”.

2. CLIENT AVAILABILITY

Our clients are the following departmental chairs and core faculty:
